In this experiential workshop, you’ll learn how to increase your confidence and impact as a businesswoman and leader, by sourcing your power from feminine energy. And you’ll also have the opportunity to explore your power in playful and creative ways.

As women, when we create the projects we were born to create, and are present where decisions are being made and resources are being spent, we change not only our own happiness and success, but also the course of the world.

However, for so many of us, our true power is locked inside. This can happen when we either embrace a masculine definition of business and leadership and end up feeling disconnected and unfulfilled. Or when we embrace the shadow qualities of the feminine and wind up disempowered or passive.

Fortunately, brewing inside all of us, is a third path, one of sourcing of POWER from the feminine. This frees you to lean into desire, let creativity flow from within you, and align your action steps in magical ways.

To know if this workshop is right for you, you might recognize this paradox in your life in 2 ways:

  • Perhaps you’ve been taught to use a linear, masculine, and westernized worldview to create your businesses and projects? This has contributed to huge gains in women’s equality, and none of us would be where we are without this energy. Yet, you might notice feeling empty, depleted, or disconnected, or you might wish that your business or gifts were making a deeper social contribution to the world.

 

  • Or perhaps you’ve embraced the feminine as your way of being in the world? Yet this is often interpreted to mean “non-action,” or “weakness,” which can leave you feeling passive and disempowered. So you might give away your time and services for much less than they are worth, not value the energy you put into the genuine connection that makes businesses run more smoothly, or go into a state of passively waiting for things to manifest.

The third path is learning to source real power from the feminine energies of collaboration, presence, and interconnectedness. In this workshop, you’ll be invited to connect into a feminine energy source and then experiment with bringing this playfulness and magic into more areas of your career, leadership, and life
